RETAIL & CATERING SERVICE MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize all Retail & Catering activities.
• Be able to manage multi outlets
• Achieve food & beverage sales targets and manage outlet budgets, labor costs, analyze and improve cost of goods and profitability.
• Plan, prepare and manage sales promotion & marketing activities of outlets and events.
• Manage customer issues and complaints on a timely basis.
• Develop, implement and control all operation procedures and lead the execution of service standards.
• Coordinate the setup and opening of new outlets
• Teamwork-relations with co-workers and management.
• Supervise and select right people to be part of the team.
• Responsible for operation staff training and development to meet service & quality standards and ensure top guest experience
• Ensure cleanliness and train and monitor safety and hygiene standards
• Plan working schedules for individuals and teams.
• Complete and adjust weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly forecast and reports.
• Work with Chefs, Purchaser and Asst. Shop Managers on a daily basis to ensure high service standards and QC of food & drinks.
• Co-ordinate and assist in menu planning and pricing.
• Assure completion of monthly / quarterly inventories of supplies and equipment.
• Liaise on an on-going basis with the Chefs and the Sales department to ensure all catering client needs and requirement will be met.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent. 2. • At least 8 year experiences in Food Service, F&B industries and hotel business. 3. • Multi-unit management experience preferably in casual dining restaurant or coffee-shop chains is an advantage 4. • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices • Good knowledge of French or western food is a plus 5. • Thai Nationality only Male or Female, aged 35-45 years old with good command of English (speaking and writing). 6. • Proactive and creative with good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills. • Proficiency in Computer (Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint). 7. • Experience in resolving customer issues/complaints as well as overall excellent customer service required. 8. • Strong leadership with proven ability to effectively build and foster a successful team environment. 9. • High energy level and able to motivate employees to excel in a competitive environment 10. • Solid time management, organization and prioritization skills to meet and manage deadlines.
