หัวหน้าทีมงานขายโทรศัพท์ (Tele sale supervisor)

*To manage and monitor day-to-day telemarketing operations, which comply with the company’s Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Manage and improve operators’ performance regarding call center/telemarketing service operations in order to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain return. Ensue the Tele marketing team meets the agreed targets/results. Work with business development people to develop innovative telemarketing campaigns.Qualifications :-
* Customer-service oriented with leadership and managerial skills
* Able to take pressure and challenges and team/self-motivation
* Positive attitude towards teamwork and willing to work hard
*Target oriented and good organising competency for both sales support and administrative support
* Self confident, patient and able to work under pressure
* Experience in Call Center or Telesales
